We use USPS Ground Advantage shipping on most of our shipments. We do our best to package your items as quickly as possible and get it shipped out. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. Please let us know ASAP if something did not arrive safely. Furthermore, if your product arrives damaged please do not discard the package. Please document your package with photos and email us immediately laurellavenderfarm@gmail.com We will send you a replacement or refund right away.
